Cancellation & Return Policy
At KARELEX, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the fit, size, color, or quality of your order, we are happy to facilitate a return and refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

This policy applies only to Outerwear (e.g., Kurtis, Leggings, T-Shirts).

Due to hygiene standards, Innerwear (Briefs, Trunks, and Vests) cannot be returned or replaced.

Products purchased during consumer promotions or received as freebies are not eligible for return.

This policy only applies to products purchased via www.karelex.com.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, the product must reach us in sellable condition:

The item must show no signs of wear or laundering.

There must be no stains, marks, stitches, or holes caused by the customer.

All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact.

The Original Invoice must be included in the return package.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your KARELEX account to initiate a return request.

You must submit a valid reason for the return and upload images if the product is damaged or defective.

Returns will only be processed after approval from the KARELEX Customer Care team.
4. Shipping & Packaging Instructions
Once your return is approved, please follow these steps:

Clearly mention the Return ID on the outside of the packet.

Pack the items securely and seal the packet completely. Use separate packets for items belonging to different orders.

5. Damaged External Packaging
If you notice that the external shipping package is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the package.

Immediately raise a complaint with us.

Once the tampered package is returned to our warehouse, we will reprocess your order. We handle courier-related damages strictly with our delivery partners.
6. Refunds & Terms

Refunds are initiated only after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

For prepaid orders, refunds are initiated within 2 working days of receipt. It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account.

KARELEX is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect bank details or information provided by the customer.
